Plan Layouts We use the latest in computer drafting technology to create our home layout and room designs. These programs allow us to not only create great plans, but also realistic 3-dimensional views and virtual walk-throughs of a plan. It takes all the guess work out of interior and exterior design. You won't have to try to imagine how your oversized couch is going to fit in the new living room. You will be able to see it from any view you wish, and then you can change the size, shape or arrangement of your living room accordingly - or get a new couch! When computer technology just doesn't cut it, we are also skilled in old-fashioned drafting. Sometimes that's the best way to design a house. It gives you all the flexibility in the world because your not limited by what the computer programs offer, your only limited by your imagination.
How it works: Consultation: We set up a consultation with you, in person or via email or phone, where you will tell us what you are looking for in a home and we will ask some questions that pertain to how your home should be set up to best accommodate your lifestyle., and what kind of exterior and interior finish materials and fixtures do you like. Site Visit: We go to the property where the construction is to take place., to see the layout, take measurements and get an idea of what kind of site preparation and excavating has to take place for the construction to start. Initial Drawing: Then we draw up a plan that is composed using all of the information from our consultation and the site visit. We including three dimensional views of the interior and exterior of the plan, so you can better imagine how its going to look. Meeting: We invite you to our office to look at the plan we've come up with, and see samples of some finishes and fixtures. Then you tell us what, if anything, you would like to change in the layout and design of the plan. Final drawing: We make the changes you specified, then show you the revised drawings again. We'll change it as many times as you'd like until your satisfied with the plans.
