Our company utilizes a Design Build process with most of our clients. Home owners prefer this system over all others because it provides them with peace of mind, knowing that all they have to do is give us input on how they want layout of the house, make sure financing is in place for the project and have fun picking out finish materials, colors and fixtures for their new or improved home. We do all the rest.

Design Build is a delivery system where one person/company (usually a general contractor, architect or engineer) designs and implements all aspects and processes of a construction project under one contract. Including the design of the home or building, quoting the entire project, obtaining permits, work schedule planning and overseeing, planning and ordering of materials, and financial draws from the lender or owner for materials, labor and subcontractors throughout the process.

This system is used to minimize the project risk for an owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. From inception to completion, the master builder is the key organizational figure.
